Join us for an evening of Intentional Healing Meditation, Reiki and Sound Bath, with Ramona Reid and Ann Sensing at Riverside Revival in East Nashville. Hosted by Nashville Center for Alternative Therapy (NCAT), your $40 donation will benefit The Frequency Center, a non-profit sanctuary for intentional healing meditation, coming to the high desert of northern NM. The Frequency Center is a vision of the founders of NCAT.

Heart cohesion meditation has been studied by the HeartMath Institute and proven to affect our biology, enhancing our nervous, hormonal and immune systems. By creating a positive emotional response, we help reprogram the mental patterns that contribute to stress and internal inflammation. As a wonderful added benefit of this practice, we feel connected, supported and loved.
